| Description: | Community Education Centers (CEC) is a leading provider in the field of residential and outpatient community corrections programs. As a CEC Corporate Dietitian, you will provide nutritional support to CEC facilities nationwide. Responsibilities include: Updating and issuing Nutrition Statements as needed and required by all locations Providing timely updates of seasonal menus Maintenance of the department's electronic files Data input into a food production software program for cost and nutritional analysis Developing and updating diet menus Word processing and maintenance of account files including menus, correspondence, diets and nutritional analysis records Assembling and developing all menu related tools required for new account openings Distributing various support tools as needed to the accounts Word processing training tools and manuals Providing routine telephone responses to account requests Duplicating, assembling, and mailing various support tools when needed Maintaining dietary files and records Work closely with the corporate medical staff regarding medical diet and other needs Any additional responsibilities, as needed by the department. |
| Special Instructions: | Candidates are required to be a Registered Dietitian. Requires an excellent command of oral and written communication skills. Candidates must be proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Ability to accurately do basic math calculations, comply with deadlines, provide progress reports, manage multiple projects, and work effectively with clients, field staff and other CEC staff. It is strongly preferred that candidates have a food service operations background with management dietetics experience.
