| Description: | Duties & Responsibilities:
Under limited supervision, develop, plan, coordinate and implements a comprehensive program at a state institution/facility. Conducts activities that are structured, educational in nature and in line with the goals and specific requirements of the organization.
Minimum Qualifications: Two years of experience at the lower level, Juvenile Detention Center Director 1 OR Bachelors’ degree in a related field AND Two years of management of subordinate supervisors in a human service delivery program OR Masters’ degree AND One year of management of subordinate supervisors in a human service delivery program. Preferred Qualifications: Preference will be given to applicants who, in addition to meeting the minimum qualifications, possess one or more of the following: 1. Two or more years experience providing intensive mental health services to clients in an adult or juvenile secure correctional setting. 2. Two or more years experience providing intensive mental health services to clients in a residential non-secure setting. |
