| Description: | The Reentry Planner provides the Reentry and Employment Readiness workshop to inmates who meet eligibility criteria and make appropriate referrals. This position participates in Institutional Reentry Committee (IRC) Meetings at the site level to provide information required for an appropriate and structured plan. Must be able to work the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization including the ability to work more than 40 hours in a work week. Qualifications: BA/MA or equivalent experience in criminal justice, human services, education or closely related field required. DOC experience preferred. Re-integration planning, employment preparation and case management experience preferred. This position works out of MCI-Plymouth, TMU at Old Colony CC & the MA Alcohol and Substance Abuse Center. |
