| Description: | The Regional Director has direct responsibility for the clinical and administrative operations of Modified Therapeutic Communities operated throughout the MA Department of Correction. Reporting to the Director of MA Correctional Services, the Regional Director is responsible for ensuring that all residential treatment services in the MA corrections division are delivered with fidelity to Spectrum's clinical design, contract terms and conditions. In this role, the Regional Director will work closely with Spectrum's and DOC's management teams to develop performance standards and provide staff training and professional development across assigned sites. This position is based out of Shirley, MA but travels to several institutions. Qualifications/Requirements: Master's Degree or equivalent experience in criminal justice, human services, education, counseling, or closely related field preferred. 5 years' experience working in corrections or secure facilities. Experience with offender population and alcohol/drug certification required. Extensive knowledge of Modified Therapeutic Community model. State-wide travel is required. |
