| Description: | The Process Excellence Manager leads a group within the Technical Operations function in close collaboration with Manufacturing, to recommend, develop, and implement process improvements and controls. Leads continuous improvement projects to cost effectively produce products which meet critical product attributes. Role includes managing multiple engineers, projects, technical floor support as well as coordinating process improvement activities and supporting transfer of new products/processes into manufacturing. Identifies new process and analytical technologies aimed at improving manufacturing efficiencies and product quality. All Engineering activities must be in compliance with FDA, GMP, ISO and Corporate Quality System regulations. |
| Special Instructions: | Role includes managing multiple engineers, vendors, contractor and consultants as required. Must be able to lead and influence multi-disciplined project teams. |
