Denver, CO, January 6, 2003 - Actall Corporation, a leading manufacturer of Personal Emergency Alarm Systems and Components marketed under the PALS 9000, PALS L2L and Resident Alert product names, announced today that Ari Shore had been promoted to the position of President, effective January 1, 2003. He reports to Erven Tallman, Chairman and CEO. Shore has been Vice President of Actall since 1997 and has been instrumental in Actall's double-digit annual growth, the company's expansion from a regional to a worldwide competitor, and it's conversion from outsourced manufacturing to internal SMT. “Ari is an outstanding leader who has done an excellent job in overseeing our expansion,” said Tallman. “Under his guidance, we have made tremendous progress on many fronts, including delivering industry-leading service quality and developing new capabilities such as in-house manufacturing.
