Maine Inmate Who Fell From Pickup Sues State for Damages
By Associated Press
Published: 02/03/2003

A prison inmate who fell from a pickup is suing the state.
Testimony began January 21 in Kennebec County Superior Court for Jeffrey W. Hanson of North Yarmouth, who wants damages for pain and suffering resulting from the accident in April 1999.
His lawyer blames the state worker who was driving the truck for allowing Hanson and several others to ride in the back. He says Hanson tumbled out when the driver stopped and then hit the gas.
Hanson was released from prison last year after serving time for gross sexual assault and unlawful sexual contact.

Do you know someone who has been arrested in Waco or McLennan County? It’s important to find a good Waco lawyer to represent you in the matter involving your own liberty. Look for the best mason dunnam that you can find. Whether you have been accused rightly or wrongly, it’s important to know your legal rights that concern whether you go to jail.
