| Ohio facility receives 100% approval rating |

|
State corrections inspectors have given the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio a 100 percent approval rating in five areas critical to effective jail operations, the regional jail announced. The yearly inspection by the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections' Bureau of Adult Detention focuses on reception, separation, fire safety, medical issues, and offender discipline. The state inspector entered every living area and nearly every area of operation. As a result of the state's last inspection in July, 2002, the regional jail received full accreditation in all Ohio minimum jail standards. |
