| Female Prison Officer Charged With Having Sex With Inmates |

A second female employee at the maximum-security Graterford Prison in Montgomery County, Pa. is charged with having sex with an inmate. This time it's an officer. Last August, a counselor was charged with having sex with inmates at the state prison. Now an officer who has been watching over the all-male inmate population for more than two years has been fired and taken into custody. Kelly Rozier, 35, came under investigation after an officer official reported seeing her having sex with one of two inmates she was supposed to be escorting on a trash detail. Court papers indicate that the second inmate may have been acting as a lookout for the alleged sexual encounter -- but apparently unknown to the three of them, a lieutenant was watching through the glass window of a nearby room. |
