An inmate who says he was repeatedly harassed by a officer he's convicted of stabbing will serve an additional 80 years in prison. A Madison Superior Court judge gave 34-year-old Justin Rodgers the maximum sentence for the stabbing. Rodgers was convicted of attempted murder for the July 22nd attack on Pendleton Correctional Facility officer Tanner Campbell. Campbell's injuries included a punctured lung and lacerated liver, and he says he didn't provoke rodgers. But Rodgers accuses Campbell and other officers of routinely harassing inmates, spitting in their food and beating them. Monday's sentence will be added to the 20-years Rodgers was already serving for 1993 convictions that include arson. |

I think that's awful that happened to the officer, but I just wonder what really happened no one will never know.
