| Jail Stripes Return In Clark County |

In Springfield, Ohio, uniforms worn by Clark County Jail inmates are getting a new look that's really an old look. The current green and dark blue prisoner outfits, which look like hospital scrubs, are being replaced with old-fashioned black-and-white striped uniforms. Sheriff Gene Kelly said scrubs have become too popular among the general public, and a change was needed to set inmates apart. |
