NORMAN, OK - The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation has been asked to look into the death of a Noble man who was found dead shortly after being brought to the jail in Norman.

In Tulsa, officials said the death of an inmate at the Tulsa Jail appears to a suicide.
Cleveland County sheriff's officers say 48-year-old Kenneth Wayne Ginn was booked into jail at Tuesday evening on a public intoxication charge.

Detention officers located Ginn about three hours later unconscious and unresponsive.

Sheriff's Captain Doug Blaine says Ginn was in a cell by himself and was seemingly able to walk in on his own and was talking.

A Tulsa County jail detention officer found 27-year-old Warren Darnell Wilson dead in his cell about 1:30 yesterday afternoon. A preliminary report describes the cause of death as self-asphyxiation.

Authorities say material torn from the inmate's bedding was used as a ligature.
He was seen alive about a half-hour before he was found.
