A teenage inmate from a Washington County (Md.) Prison facility was found dead in a pool of blood, and now officials have his cellmate in a separate part of the facility. During a breakfast roundup on the morning of Jan. 23, officers at the Maryland Correctional Training Center say they found 16-year-old Armad Cloude lying on the floor of his cell, with blood near his face and head. Cloude was serving a 12-year sentence for homicide and weapons violations. According to printed reports, no weapons were found in the cell. A representative from the facility told WHAG: "there have been no arrests in this situation. We do have the cellmate on segregation pending an outcome of the investigation." The Department of Corrections cannot release the cellmate's name, age or sentence at this time. |
