SACREMENTO, CA - Thousands of maximum-security inmates at a Sacramento prison remain on indefinite around-the-clock lockdown as officials investigate policies that allowed an inmate to take an officer captive. Officials at California State Prison-Sacramento are investigating whether prison cook Michael David Watson was properly housed and supervised when he took officer Sheila Mitchell hostage. |
