Desert Waters Correctional Outreach desires to come alongside corrections professionals in fighting the good fight against crime behind the walls.

Our mission is to increase the occupational, personal, and family well-being of corrections (prison) and detention (jail) staff.

We aim to accomplish our mission by: (a) equipping staff with skills that foster workplace harmony, personal well-being, and family unity, and (b) providing them with a "safe place" to connect and to be heard through our Corrections Ventline™, an anonymous 24/7 phone line and e-mail service for corrections and detention personnel and their loved ones.

We offer trainings and consultations to help build staff resilience and solidarity with management, co-workers, and family members.

To date, there are no other organizations in the U.S. that serve corrections staff and their families in this manner.
