| Taser gun allegedly used on inmate during training |

The Chaffee County (Colo.) sheriff said last Wednesday he is investigating a situation in which officers used a Taser gun on an inmate during a training session. The five detention officers initially were using the less-than-lethal weapon on each other during the Oct. 17 exercise, but at one point they trained it on inmate Thomas Montoya, said Sheriff Tim Walker. |
