VICTORIA, AUSTRALIA - Inmates in Victorian prisons now have a toll-free direct line to the state Ombudsman so they can report corrupt police. A Corrections Victoria spokesman said the 1800 hotline to the Office of Police Integrity (OPI), which is attached to the state Ombudsman's office, was now available in prisons.
