TOPEKA, KS - Citing her experience with the Kansas Department of Corrections and Kansas Sentencing Commission, Governor Kathleen Sebelius has appointed Patricia Biggs to the Kansas Parole Board. "Protecting Kansans is one of my top responsibilities," Governor Sebelius said.
