Lawsuits filed to attend execution

RALEIGH, NC - Defense attorneys for a death-row inmate say 46 of his relatives want to attend the execution -- and they're filing a lawsuit to do so.

Samuel Flippen was sentenced to death after being convicted in the 1994 beating death of his 2-year-old stepdaughter, Britnie Nichol Hutton, in Forsyth County.
