PIKEVILLE, TN - The review of expansion designs ordered last fall at the Southeastern Tennessee State Regional Correctional Facility in Bledsoe County might not be completed until this autumn, correction officials said.

“It was decided, after (Tennessee Department of Correction Commissioner George Little) said that the selection of a consultant would be completed by the summer, that the process needed to go through a more formal procedure,” said Tennessee Department of Correction spokesperson Dorinda Carter.
