SACRAMENTO, CA - News reporters would have an easier time arranging and conducting interviews with prison inmates under legislation the Assembly approved Monday. Lawmakers said it was time that Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger give the media access to a system he is seeking to overhaul and expand, both financially and structurally.
