| Residents raise prison questions |

MILAN, NH -Some North Country residents are worried a proposed federal prison in Berlin will destroy their peaceful setting. Neighbors in nearby Milan also are upset they did not get a chance to vote on the prison. Lucille St. Onge Hickey said some neighbors don't speak to each other because of the prison.
