WISCASSET, ME - If it wasn't a jail, the finished housing unit in the Two Bridges Regional Jail in Wiscasset could almost feel like a comfortable office. The unit is clean and well lit. Cells line three sides of the rectangular unit. On one side, four or five cells are quarantined behind a glass and steel partition. This is for the new inmates who have yet to be classified and orientated to the facility.
