DANE COUNTY, WI - There are more than 1100 people who are supposed to be behind bars in Dane County. There's only room for 950 of them. Sheriff Gary Hamblin says that doesn't add up. A county board committee says it wants to run an audit on the jail, before making a decision on how to deal with overcrowding.
