COLUMBUS, OH - Two corrections officers have been cleared of any wrongdoing after they used deadly force during an attempted inmate escape. The incident occurred on May 10 when Marrion Smith stabbed an officer with a homemade weapon, and escaped from a hospital building before being shot by officers, NBC 4's John Ivanic reported.
