CLEVELAND, OH - The search for an inmate who escaped from a local corrections facility has come to an end. Authorities said that escapee James Allen, 33, is not considered armed and dangerous, so the manhunt has been called off. Officers from Cleveland, Orange, Highland Hills and Warrensville searched the area of Mill Pond Drive, Harvard Avenue and Green Road near the Cleveland House of Corrections, NewsChannel5 reported.
