STRYKER, OH - The jailhouse doors at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio were opened to all regional jurisdictions again yesterday after they were closed for nine hours on Monday. The jail doors were closed to inmates from Toledo, Defiance, and Henry counties after officials declared an overcrowding emergency and asked area judges to release some inmates.
