PARIS, ME - Christian Nielsen, who is charged with murdering and mutilating four people in a Labor Day weekend killing spree, has been moved from the Oxford County Jail after he allegedly attacked a fellow inmate. Nielsen, 31, grabbed a mop wringer out of a bucket and struck another inmate on the back of his head Friday afternoon in a room at the jail where inmates were mopping the floor, said Oxford County Jail Administrator Ernest Martin. "It was an unprovoked attack," Martin told the Sun Journal of Lewiston. "It was quite serious, even though the inmate that was assaulted wasn't injured badly. It could have been a very serious injury." Read more. If link has expired, check the website of the article's original news source. |
