PIMA COUNTY, AZ - The recent jail escape and capture of William Loveall has raised some red flags about convicted felons in a minimum security facility. William Loveall, age 51, broke free from the Pima County Jail last Friday. He had to beat up a Pima County Corrections officer, Pat McGraw, to do it. McGraw suffered broken ribs, a fractured skull, a concussion and a blood spot on his brain. Loveall was found in Arivaca where he crashed a stolen ATV, while trying to escape Pima County's SWAT team.
