JACKSON, MS - A federal judge said he'll rule Saturday on whether Mississippi death row inmate Bobby Glen Wilcher, who faces execution by lethal injection next Wednesday, can revive his appeals. Wilcher, wearing a red prison jumpsuit and shackled at the wrists and ankles, sat quietly in court Friday in Jackson as U.S. District Judge Henry T. Wingate heard more than an hour of arguments.
