LANSING, KS - Halloween brings out the spirit of giving for inmates from Lansing Correctional Facility. "We've been loading up the van and getting ready to do this for the last couple of weeks," Josh Berkstresser, Lansing inmate, said. Thousands of pumpkins, homegrown, and all for the kids.
