MCLAUGHLIN, AK - One 18-year-old boy, now locked up at McLaughlin Youth Center, discovered TRG, Tiny Rascals Gang, at age 8, watching an uncle take off his shirt. "It was like some words on his chest. He said it represented a gang," the boy said. "I just wanted to be a part of it. 'Get in where you fit in,' you know what I mean? That's where I fit in."
