MIAMI, FL - The man appointed to run Miami-Dade's Corrections and Rehabilitation Department is not talking about his new job just yet as head of the beleagured department. While Timothy Ryan did attend Tuesday's Miami-Dade County Commission meeting, where commissioners and the County Manager are expected to approve his appointment, he opted not to talk to the media.
