LONDON, ENGLAND - A worrying number of inmates at a south London prison are complaining of bullying by staff, according to a prisons watchdog. Complaints of victimisation from inmates at Wandsworth jail were almost double the national average, Prisons Chief Inspector Anne Owers said. Inspectors visiting the jail in July saw evidence of "poor behaviour" by staff, including "abusive language" towards one inmate. Read more.
