CONGO - Prisoners rioted in the main prison in Congo's capital after authorities cracked down following the escape of a dozen inmates convicted over involvement in the assassination of a former Congolese president. According to the inmates at the jail, at least two prisoners were reported killed in the melee. People living near the prison reported the sound of several gunshots from the prison in Kinshasa.
