| Chief reassures residents about CA inmates |

NEW CASTLE, IN - The head of the Indiana Department of Correction has assured New Castle residents that California inmates to be housed in a local prison won't remain in Indiana after they finish their sentences. But if they cause trouble while they're kept at the New Castle Correctional Facility, they could be the Henry County prosecutor's problem, Commissioner J. David Donahue said. Read more.
