BOSTON, MA - Alice Dungan Bouvrie, a self-proclaimed "dog junky," was watching the Westminster Dog Show a few years ago when she saw a 30-second clip during one of the breaks about a prison program in which prisoners train dogs in New York. The Woodside Lane resident was intrigued. Not only does she love dogs, but she has always been interested in subcultures.
