SACRAMENTO, CA - A Sacramento judge has blocked a state corrections officers union legal challenge to the governor's order to begin transferring inmates out-of-state to reduce prison overcrowding. However, Sacramento County Superior Court Patrick Marlette did set another hearing for later in November for the California Correcti0onal Peace Officers Union and Service Employees International Union Local 1000 to re-argue their case.
