DEER LODGE, MT - Two officers at a Montana state corrections facility will be charged with felony mistreatment of prisoners for forcing inmates to strip naked in front of others, authorities said on Thursday. The crimes involve "making trainees unclothe in front of other inmates and things like that," said Powell County Sheriff Scott Howard, lead investigator in the case. Read more.
