| Report: Jails mismanaged |

PORTLAND, OR - A new report from the district attorney's office claims that Multnomah County jails are being grossly mismanaged. Among other complaints, the report cites the lack of disaster plans at all jails and the James Chasse case, in which the suspect died in police custody.
