LEXINGTON, KS - It looked like secret service headquarters at the commissioners meeting on Wednesday morning as the Dawson County Sheriff's Department presented a version of a new security system upgrade for the county jail. Cameras, monitors and computers filled the meeting room where Rick Scheer from Control Masters of Omaha, presented improvement options for the jail's 13-year-old security system.
