MORGAN COUNTY, TN - The Morgan County Community Corrections program that was set to begin earlier this month has been put off until Jan. 1. Relocating the office and hiring additional staff are causing the delay. "We've got to get things situated to move downstairs when the license examiners move," said Alison Nix, director of the program.
