RHEA COUNTY, TN - The Rhea County Finance Committee has declared war on unnecessary prescription drugs at the Rhea County Jail. During its weekly meeting on Nov. 8 at the Phil Swafford Building, the committee decided to stop paying for narcotics unless they are prescribed by a physician or a hospital emergency room.
