| Officials: Orders not done fast enough |

YORK COUNTY, PA - Commitment orders to transfer inmates from York County Prison to state penitentiaries are not being processed as fast as in the past, costing the county money, officials said Tuesday. Warden Tom Hogan talked to the prison board about the problem last month when 70 inmates were waiting to be transferred.
