Juvenile centers to change

PIERRE, SD - Changes will be made in the state juvenile-corrections system that will get kids back home sooner and save money, state Corrections Secretary Tim Reisch says.

The system currently consists of various youth programs near Custer, a transitional-release program, contracted foster care, and after-care services. Read more.
