WHITE COUNTY, AR - The new White County Law Enforcement Center has been recognized for its design, receiving an award of merit from the South Central Construction trade magazine. “Smith-Doyle Contractors and SpiritArchitecture Group are extremely proud to have been awarded, and White County should be proud as well,” Don H.
