CLAYTOUN COUNTY, GA - Clayton County might house nearly 200 overflow inmates from the Fulton County Jail, but the Clayton commission chairman and sheriff are at odds over how to spend the profits from such a project. Clayton Sheriff Victor Hill told county commissioners at a meeting Thursday morning he wants one-half of the profits from the arrangement to pay for employee overtime and other costs. Read more.
