CLEVELAND, OH - Bolivar County supervisors are considering the addition of a 75-bed women's unit at the Bolivar County Regional Correctional Facility. Ed Hargett, president of Corrections Management Inc., which manages the private prison, told supervisors last week that he had talked to state officials and legislative leaders about the women's unit.
