HAMILTON COUNTY, IN - When Hamilton County's jail for juveniles was full, most were taken to facilities in Muncie. The bill for that service totaled $1 million a year. On Tuesday, the county held the first of two days of public tours of its bigger jail, which will begin housing young inmates Monday, eliminating that big bill. Read more.
