CHEYENNE, MT - The Senate Judiciary Committee unanimously approved a bill Wednesday morning that would prohibit both prison guards and volunteers from sexual activity with those under their supervision, regardless of consent. Committee members also were unanimous in their support for another bill that would hold residents responsible for harboring sex offenders. Both bills now move to the floor. Read more.
